Put live status where your users are.
Badges, a help-desk widget, a free JSON API and a connector for AI assistants. No sign-up, no key.
Badges
“This site is live, monitored by Down US”, or a partner’s live status. Changes by itself during an incident, and links to a page anyone can check. Not listed yet? Add your site, free.
Brand colours on any badge: &accent= and &bg= (six-digit hex, no #) and &radius= (0 to 24). Status colours stay red, orange and green on every badge. Badges already on sites with ?style=seal keep working.
Help-desk widget
Up to 12 live statuses in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or any page, so customers see when a problem is upstream.
<div data-down-widget data-services="kktcell,telsim,kibtek" data-title="Our partners"></div> <script src="https://down-us.extrafemi.com/widget.js" async></script>
Add data-theme="dark" for dark pages. Loads once per visitor every 2 minutes.
